Time Check Precision:

Because Windows XP and above uses a more accurate time stamp for files than the Windows 95/98 class operating system, directory comparisons across a network between a Win95/98 machine and a machine running a modern operating system lead to false mismatches a second apart (Win95/98 precision is on even seconds). You can set the time check precision you want the program to use and thus avoid this inconsistency between the two systems. A setting of 3 seconds is probably a fairly safe setting for most general uses.
